This document was filed by Captain Frank Zentmeyer of the 34th Pa. Inf. to the US quartermaster department in 1861 as a request for one set of snare strings for a drum, a set of drumsticks, one bugle & cord, 40 knit shirts, and 50 pairs of socks.
